Summer Worship Hours

During the Summer, Lydian Worship is switching to
Monday Evenings from 7-8 pm.
No worship at the Dow Art Gallery on Fourth Mondays,
we will gather instead at the Dubliner Pub for Hymtap
7-9 pm followed by table conversations from 9:15 on.

Word, water, wine, bread, song, silence and a community
open to questions, doubt and wonder. Surrounded by the
most surprising collection of art in the Twin Cities.

encountering lent

During the season of Lent, we gather as people seeking relief from the relentlessness of the world – from never-ending greed and selfishness, doubt and fear, hate and envy – those things which continually press in to pull us away from God’s love. Those inexorable pressures which turn us inward and divert our gaze from family, friend and neighbor. The seemingly unstoppable forces which cause us to lose sight of the humanity of the ‘other’ and the preciousness of creation. Yet as relentless as the world may seem, our God is even more so… relentless in loving us… relentless in pursuing us… caring for us… forgiving us. And so we gather. And wonder. And hope. Please join us – Sunday evenings, 5 pm,  in person at the Dow Art Gallery, 2242 University Avenue W, Saint Paul, 55114.

Epiphany 6/Feb 11. Are you the one? Or do we wait?

In Luke 7, Jesus is asked couple of questions as challenging then as now: “Are you the one? Or do we wait?” The confusion, anxiety and uncertainty in our current social and political realities don’t make the answer any easier. But, we’ll gather once again around song, prayer, Word and meal to try to hear what God might be telling us. We hope you join us for worship at 5 pm Sunday night, February 11, either in person at the Dow Art Gallery (2242 University Ave W., St. Paul, 55114)  or on Facebook Live @ https://www.facebook.com/scott.r.simmons
